Pulp Friction CIO is a Nottingham-based registered charity (Charity No. 1209412) founded in 2009. We empower adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to develop social independence, employability, and independent living skills through person-centred training in catering, horticulture, hospitality, and creative expression.

Inspired by personal experience, Jessie launched Pulp Friction in 2009 with a smoothie bike, a phone, and a laptop to create employment opportunities for herself and others.

Jill recognised the impact the smoothie bike could have at a variety of events and began developing the idea into a business.
