Returns

• You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalised products, or digital downloads, cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items
